- Mix together all ingredients except ribs.
- Rub spice mix onto ribs then wrap in plastic wrap.
- Allow ribs to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
- When ready to cook ribs, remove plastic and place ribs on a rimmed baking sheet and bake 200 degrees or grill over low heat for 4 hours or until tender.
