Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs

  • ½ cups Barbecue Sauce
  • 8 individual Hot Dog
  • 8 individual Bacon
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

Directions

Place BBQ sauce in a shallow dish and dredge each hot dog through the sauce. Arrange bacon on a clean work surface and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap each hotdog with one slice of bacon, and secure with a toothpick. Grill over medium heat until hot dog is warmed through and bacon is crisp. Brush with remaining barbecue sauce.

Freezing Directions

Place BBQ sauce in a shallow dish and dredge each hot dog through the sauce. Arrange bacon on a clean work surface and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap each hotdog with one slice of bacon, and secure with a toothpick. Flash freeze. Divide between indicated number of gallon freezer bags, label and freeze. Divide remaining BBQ sauce into pint freezer bags.

Serving Day Directions

Grill over medium heat until hot dog is warmed through and bacon is crisp. Brush with barbecue sauce.
