Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ½ pounds Ground Pork
  • 1 teaspoon mince Garlic, Cloves
  • ¼ cups Almond Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Onion, Dried
  • ¼ cups grate Carrot
  • 1 individual beat Egg
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ Sauce #1
  • ½ cups BBQ Sauce #2

Freezer Containers

  • 2 Loaf Pans
  • 2 Pint Freezer Bags

Directions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, garlic, almond flour, minced onions, shredded carrot, egg, salt, pepper, and bbq sauce #1. Press down into loaf pan. Top with bbq sauce #2. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

Freezing Directions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, garlic, almond flour, minced onions, shredded carrot, egg, salt, pepper, and bbq sauce #1. Divide between indicated number of loaf pans. Divide bbq sauce #2 among indicated number of pint freezer bags. Cover loaf pans tightly with foil, label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Pour bbq sauce over top of meatloaf. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
