  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ½ pounds Ground Pork
  • 1 teaspoon mince Garlic, Cloves
  • ¼ cups Almond Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Onion, Dried
  • ¼ cups grate Carrot
  • 1 individual beat Egg
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Barbecue Sauce #1
  • ½ cups Barbecue Sauce #2

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, garlic, almond flour, minced onions, shredded carrot, egg, salt, pepper, and bbq sauce #1.
  2. Press down into loaf pan.
  3. Top with bbq sauce #2.
  4. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
