- Line a cookie sheet with parchment. Set aside.
- In the bowl of your mixer, combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add honey, oil, and egg white. Mix well.
- Fold blueberries in until combined.
- Using oiled hands, divide the dough into balls using about 1/3 cup of batter.
- Put dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes until golden.
- Cool on cooling rack.
