  1. In a bowl mix together oil, eggs and vanilla.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well-combined. Batter will be thick.
  3. Add in nuts.
  4. Spread into indicated number of well-greased 8x8 pans, using one pan per 8 servings.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool on a cooling rack for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
