Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Ground Chicken
- 1 individual Egg
- 1 individual Egg White
- 1/3 cups Bread Crumbs, Gluten Free
- 3/4 teaspoons Basil, Dried
- 3/4 teaspoons Thyme, Dried
- 3/4 teaspoons Oregano, Dried
- 2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
- 1/3 cups dice Onion
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/3 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 3/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Dairy Free
- 3/4 cups Pasta Sauce
- 3/4 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded, Dairy Free

Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Combine chicken, egg, egg white, breadcrumbs, basil, thyme, oregano, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- Mix until well-combined.
- Divide evenly among greased muffin pans.
- Spoon pasta sauce on top of meat mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
- Return to oven for 2-3 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
