  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips, Dairy Free
  • 3 ½ cups Powdered Sugar
  • ½ cups Cocoa Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Toasted Coconut Flakes

Make It Now Cooking Directions

Stove Cook

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Line indicated number of 8 x 8 pans with parchment paper.
  2. In a sauce pan over medium heat, warm the coconut milk and dairy free butter until it melts and there are a few bubbles just begin to break the surface of the mixture.
  3. Turn off heat and dump the chocolate chips into pan.
  4. Allow to sit for a couple of minutes to melt the chocolate.
  5. When chocolate has softened, whisk the chocolate and coconut milk mixture.
  6. Add half of the sifted powdered sugar and cocoa powder and whisk well.
  7. Add remainder of the powdered sugar and cocoa powder and the vanilla.
  8. Whisk well until very smooth.
  9. Immediately pour into your prepared pan.
  10. Sprinkle coconut on top of fudge, pressing gently to adhere to the fudge.
  11. Allow fudge to cool to room temperature.
  12. Cover well and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
  13. Use a sharp knife to slice fudge before serving.
