Ingredients
- 8 individual Egg
- 1/4 cups Almond Milk
- 1/4 teaspoons Mustard Seed, Ground
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 cup dice and cook Broccoli
- 1 1/4 cups dice Ham, Fully Cooked
- 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded, Dairy Free

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Combine eggs and milk. Add dry mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in broccoli, ham, and cheese into egg mixture.
- Divide between 8x8 pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake at 425F for 25 minutes, until middle is well set.
- Allow to cool and cut into squares.
