  • 12 ounces Deli Ham, Sliced
  • 8 ounces O'Brien Hashed Brown Potatoes, Frozen
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, Dairy Free
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded, Dairy Free
  • 6 individual Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Milk, Dairy Free
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cups slice Green Onion (Scallion)

  2. Line with ham slices.
  3. Place frozen potatoes and butter in microwaveable bowl.

  6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  8. Beat with a fork.
  9. Pour egg mixture over potatoes and cheese.

  11. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
