Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce and black pepper.
- Add chicken, garlic, onions and peppers into the bowl.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
- Drain chicken and vegetables, and discarding the marinade.
- Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto metal skewers or bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes.
- Lightly oil the grill grate.
- Place the skewers on the grill over high heat. Cook for 12-15 minutes, until chicken juices run clear.
