Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken, garlic, onions and peppers into the bowl.
  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  4. Drain chicken and vegetables, and discarding the marinade.
  5. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately onto metal skewers or bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes.
  6. Lightly oil the grill grate.
  7. Place the skewers on the grill over high heat. Cook for 12-15 minutes, until chicken juices run clear.
