- Mix all ingredients in bag, and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.
- Broil or grill steak.
- While steak is cooking sauté onion and bell pepper.

Join the discussionI might be tempted to add some tequila to the marinade, but not sure if that keeps it gluten free
Tequila made the traditional way from the blue agave plant is naturally gluten free, but some less expensive brands are a mix of different liquors and may contain gluten, so you will have to contact the manufacture to be sure on the gluten free status of the brand you use. Hope that helps!
