Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Line muffin tins with paper liners.
- In bowl, mix together gluten free flour, baking soda, baking powder, xanthan gum, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and cloves until well blended.
- In mixing bowl, blend oil and sugar until well mixed.
- Add almond milk, orange juice and applesauce, orange zest and vanilla.
- Mix on low speed until just mixed.
- Add dry ingredients 1/4 of the mixture at a time to the wet ingredients, blending well between each addition.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Yep, extract or flavoring. Just make sure what you use is gluten free. 🙂
