- 11 1/4 cups dice Yukon Gold Potato
- 1 1/4 cups dice Onion
- 10 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
- 8 cups Chicken Broth/Stock
- 1 tablespoon Season Salt

Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Add potatoes, onion, garlic, chicken stock and seasoning salt to slow cooker.
- Cook in slow cooker on high for 6 hours or on low for 10 hours.
- After cooking for specified time, add the softened cream cheese.
- Puree soup with an immersion blender until cream cheese is mixed in and about half of the soup is blended. (You could remove some soup and blend it with the cream cheese in a traditional blender and then add it back in)
- Stir well.
- Serve with green onions and shredded cheese on top.

- Add potatoes, onion, garlic, chicken stock and seasoning salt to slow cooker.
- Cook in slow cooker on high for 6 hours or on low for 10 hours.

- Let cool.
- Divide soup among indicated number of gallon size freezer bags. Remove as much air as possible, seal, label and freeze.
