Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups Butter, Dairy Free
  • 1/3 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Honey
  • 1/4 cups Peanut Butter #1
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats, Gluten Free
  • 2 cups Crisp Rice Cereal, Gluten Free
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed
  • 1/3 cups chop Almonds, Raw
  • 1/3 cups Chocolate Mini Chips, Dairy Free #1
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter #2
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate Mini Chips, Dairy Free #2

Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Combine butter, sugar, honey and peanut butter #1 in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring often, and let boil for a few minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt.
  4. While cooling, combine oats, cereal, flax seeds, almonds and chocolate chips #1 in a bowl.
  5. Pour peanut butter mixture over dry ingredients. Combine and add peanut butter #2.
  6. Adding the hot mixture will melt the chocolate a little, this helps it stick together. Add chocolate chips #2.
  7. Place an overflowing Tablespoon of mixture into greased mini muffin pan.
  8. Allow 10-15 minutes to set.
  9. Enjoy at room temperature.

Why would I want to freeze this?
