Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Mild Green Chiles, Diced, Canned
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¾ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt

  2. Form into equal patties.
  3. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, over indirect medium heat, until done.
