  • 3/4 cups cook Ground Beef
  • 1/3 tablespoons Minced Onion, Dried
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt #1
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoons Oregano, Dried
  • 2 cups Cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt #2
  • 2 individual Egg
  • 3/4 cups Milk, Dairy Free
  • 1/4 cups Honey
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Corn, Frozen
  • 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil

  1. Add browned ground beef, onion, salt #1, chili powder, garlic, red pepper and oregano.
  2. In another bowl, mix together remaining ingredients, except corn and vegetable oil.
  3. Mix both bowls together, then fold in corn.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot.
  5. Scoop 2 Tablespoons into the pan, and flatten to create a patty.
  6. Fry for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  7. Repeat until all mixture is cooked.
