  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 3/4 cups dice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 cups dice Carrot
  • 2 1/2 cups dice Broccoli
  • 1 cup dice Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 1/4 cups Chicken Broth/Stock #1
  • 1/2 cups Soy Sauce, Gluten Free
  • 1/3 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Chicken Stock #2
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch

  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then stir fry until brown and set aside on plate.
  3. In the hot skillet stir fry the carrots, broccoli, and onions until crisp-tender.
  4. Add garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
  5. Add chicken to the skillet with the vegetables.
  6. Add in chicken broth #1, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Stir together chicken broth #2 with the corn starch.
  9. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir constantly until thickened.
