Make It Now Cooking Directions
Oven Cook
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Whisk together the gluten free flour, yeast, salt, and xanthan gum in a large bowl.
- Combine the dairy free milk, honey, egg white, and oil and mix into the dry ingredients until until well blended.
- Cover and allow the dough to rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
- Divide half of the dough into indicated number of greased 9″ x 13″ pans.
- Top with pizza sauce, dairy free cheese and basil.
- Using a knife, gently swirl the dough and toppings, as you would a marble cake.
- Scoop the second layer of dough over the pizza ingredients.
- Using oiled hands or a spatula, smooth the top of the dough.
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise for 60 minutes.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until pizza rolls are done and have browned.
- Cut into squares to serve.

Do you think water would work instead of a milk substitute? My regular pizza crust recipe uses water… I don’t usually have rice or almond milk around. TIA!
