Ingredients

  • 6 1/4 cups Flour, Gluten Free, Xanthan Gum Free, All-Purpose
  • 2 tablespoons Instant Dry Yeast
  • 3 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Xanthan Gum
  • 2 1/2 cups Milk, Dairy Free
  • 4 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 individual Egg White
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Pizza Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded, Dairy Free
  • 1/2 cups chop Basil, Fresh

Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Whisk together the gluten free flour, yeast, salt, and xanthan gum in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the dairy free milk, honey, egg white, and oil and mix into the dry ingredients until until well blended.
  3. Cover and allow the dough to rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
  4. Divide half of the dough into indicated number of greased 9″ x 13″ pans.
  5. Top with pizza sauce, dairy free cheese and basil.
  6. Using a knife, gently swirl the dough and toppings, as you would a marble cake.
  7. Scoop the second layer of dough over the pizza ingredients.
  8. Using oiled hands or a spatula, smooth the top of the dough.
  9. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise for 60 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until pizza rolls are done and have browned.
  11. Cut into squares to serve.
