Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Roll the dough between your hands, it should be sticky. If it is too dry, then add a little bit more peanut butter or honey to reach desired consistency. If it is too wet, add extra oats or flaxseed.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll heaping Tablespoons of dough into 1.5 inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Freeze until firm.
- Once frozen, divide among freezer bags. Remove as much air as possible, then label & seal.
