- Place chops in large baking dish.

Join the discussionThese were delicious! I put them over a bed of Jasmine rice and served with a mixed vegetable. Even my toddler asked for seconds!

BTW – mine were done in about 40 minutes. My oven isn’t usually hot, so you might want to check them earlier than an hour to avoid them getting over cooked. The only thing I changed was using boneless pork chops. Bones scare me with a toddler 🙂
Boneless usually cook faster than bone-in but yes, it wouldn’t hurt to check them a little early.
