Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Place liners in muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon #1.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, coconut milk, and maple syrup #1.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Divide between prepared muffin tins.
  6. Combine cinnamon #2, maple syrup #2, and coconut oil in a bowl.
  7. Drizzle over muffin batter.
  8. Cook at 325F for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool.
  10. Divide between indicated number of gallon freezer bags, label, and freeze.
