Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and applesauce together.
- Add in eggs, vanilla, grapefruit juice and grapefruit zest.
- In another bowl, combine oats, all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking soda and salt.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir well to combine.
- Fold in raisins.
- Shape into rounded Tablespoon size balls, and roll into sugar.
- Place on greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
