Why would I want to freeze this?
- Combine yogurt, garlic powder, salt #1, lemon juice #1, and cucumber in a bowl. Divide among quart bags.

- Form into 1 inch meatballs and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Flash freeze.
- Divide among indicated number of gallon bags. Seal, label and freeze both bags.
