Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, barbeque sauce, Worcestershire and shredded cheese.
- Divide mixture into even sized balls (equal to the number of servings indicated) and form into patties. Using your finger or the back of a spoon, make a slight well in the center of each patty to ensure uniformity of cooking.
- Grill burgers over medium high heat for about 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together green chiles and enchilada sauce.
- Microwave about 60 seconds to warm the mixture.
- When burgers are done cooking, top with the warmed sauce and enjoy!
