- Mix BBQ sauce, onion and cooked chicken.
- Spray tortilla with cooking spray, and place on hot grill.
- On one half of the tortilla, top with shredded cheese, chicken mixture, and more shredded cheese.
- Use tongs to carefully fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling.
- Then carefully flip the folded tortilla with tongs or a spatula.

I would have never put these flavors together, but this has become one of our favorite meals! I cook the chicken in the crock pot with BBQ sauce to make prep even easier. Love this recipe…thanks!
