  1. Mix BBQ sauce, onion and cooked chicken.
  2. Spray tortilla with cooking spray, and place on hot grill.
  3. On one half of the tortilla, top with shredded cheese, chicken mixture, and more shredded cheese.
  4. Use tongs to carefully fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling.
  5. Then carefully flip the folded tortilla with tongs or a spatula.
  6. Quesadilla is done when tortilla is grilled and cheese is melted.

  1. I would have never put these flavors together, but this has become one of our favorite meals! I cook the chicken in the crock pot with BBQ sauce to make prep even easier. Love this recipe…thanks!
