<p>These grilled cheese rolls pack all the yumminess of your favorite grilled cheese into a snack sized finger food. Perfect for after school treat, or a quick bite before practice!</p>

  • 1/3 cups soften Cream Cheese
  • 12 individual American Cheese, Slices
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

  1. Using a cutting board and bread knife, cut off the crusts of each slice of bread.
  2. Flatten the bread squares using a rolling pin.
  3. Spread 0.5 Tbsp of cream cheese on each bread square, followed by a slice of cheese.
  4. Roll up cheese squares.
  5. In a large skillet, heat butter.
  6. Place rolls seam side down and cook in butter for apx 5 minutes, rolling so that each side has cooked and cheese is melted.
  7. Transfer to paper towel lined cooling rack to cool for a few minutes.
