  1. In a bowl, combine orange juice #1, balsamic vinegar #1, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  2. Place sliced pork and marinade in a gallon bag.
  3. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  4. In a blender, mix together orange juice #2, balsamic vinegar #2, blueberries, whipping cream, rosemary and cilantro.
  5. Grill pork loin medallions until cooked through.
  6. While pork is cooking, pour sauce into a saucepan and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Spoon sauce over grilled pork and serve.
