  • 1 1/8 cups dice Ham, Fully Cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce #1
  • 1 tablespoon Canola Oil #1
  • 1 1/4 cups dice Onion
  • 1 3/4 cups dice Asparagus
  • 1 medium Garlic, Cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Canola Oil #2
  • 4 cups cook Brown Rice, Short-Grain
  • 2 individual beat Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce #2

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Combine ham and soy sauce #1 in a bowl. Let sit.
  2. Heat canola oil #1 over medium heat.
  3. Brown the onion, and add additional oil as needed.
  4. Add the asparagus and cook until tender-crisp and bright green.
  5. Add the ham and cook until heated through.
  6. Add the garlic and stir a few times. Then remove all ingredients to a bowl.
  7. Add canola oil #2 to the skillet.
  8. Add the cooked rice, tossing around to fry in the oil.
  9. Add scrambled eggs, tossing until they are fully cooked.
  10. Add the additional bowl of cooked veggies to the pan along with soy sauce #2 tossing to combine.
  11. Let cool.
  12. Divide among indicated number of bags. Seal, label and freeze.
