  • 8 ounces cook Egg Noodles
  • ½ cups melt Butter
  • 4 individual Egg
  • 16 ounces Cottage Cheese
  • 16 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg

  1. Mix noodles and butter together in a bowl.
  2. One at at time, mix and add: eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, and raisins.
  3. Divide among indicated number of greased pans.
  4. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the kugel.
  5. Bake at 350F for 60 minutes.
