- 8 ounces cook Egg Noodles
- 1/2 cups melt Butter
- 4 individual Egg
- 16 ounces Cottage Cheese
- 16 ounces Sour Cream
- 1 cup Raisins
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg

- Mix noodles and butter together in a bowl.
- One at at time, mix and add: eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, and raisins.
- Divide among indicated number of greased pans.
- Combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the kugel.
- Bake at 350F for 60 minutes.
