Healthier Pork Chops with Pineapple Salsa - Ready to Eat Dinner

<p>It is grilling season at my house and we love anything that doesn't heat up the kitchen. Pork is one of our favorite meats because of it's versatility.</p>

Ingredients

  • 1 cup drain Chunks Pineapple, Canned
  • 1/3 cups dice Onion, Red
  • 1/8 tablespoons seed and dice Jalapeño
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 cups chop Cilantro, Fresh
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt #1
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper # 1
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 pounds Pork Chops, Boneless
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt #2
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper #2
  • 1 teaspoon Flour, All-Purpose
