- Soak the dates in warm water for 30 minutes.
- In a food processor, pulse the almonds until finely ground, but not pasty.
- Drain dates and add to food processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients except the sesame seeds.
- Using a tablespoon, make ball in the palm of your hands, then roll into sesame seeds until coated.
- Flash freeze.
- Enjoy chilled.
