  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup

  1. Soak the dates in warm water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the almonds until finely ground, but not pasty.
  3. Drain dates and add to food processor.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients except the sesame seeds.
  5. Using a tablespoon, make ball in the palm of your hands, then roll into sesame seeds until coated.
  6. Flash freeze.
  7. Enjoy chilled.
