Healthy Cinnamon Vanilla Pancakes

<p>One of our favorite meals is having breakfast for dinner, and I've recently come up with a delicious (and easy!) way to spice up run-of-the-mill pancakes for a weeknight supper. Serve with turkey bacon and cinnamon apples for a complete meal!</p>

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
