This is just for the turkey burger and does not include the bun calories.
I see it calls for regular soy sauce not reduced sodium soy sauce. I cut the soy sauce with pineapple juice to bring the sodium count down do you think this would make it to wet?
Sounds delicious Ivy! If you’re worried the patties would get too wet, you could add a little more egg or even some flour/bread crumbs to help bind the patties.
Thank you that does sound like it might help, I got the idea to cut the soy sauce from another site for a marinade I use.
