Hello Dolly Bars

<p>These are my twist on the seven layer bar you may have in grandmother's recipe cards. You don't have to load them up with extras to get the added taste. And you can find organic substitutes for most of the basic items!</p>

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crush Graham Crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melt Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1/3 cups Chocolate Chips, Semisweet
  • 1/3 cups Butterscotch Chips
  • 2/3 cups Coconut, Shredded, Sweetened
  • 1/4 cups chop Pecans
  • 1 1/3 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Line the bottom of one 8×8 foil baking pan per 12 servings with parchment paper.
  2. Place crumbs in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle with butter and water, toss with a fork until moist.
  4. Gently pat mixture into the pan in an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle the chips on the mixture.
  6. Then top with the coconut and pecans.
  7. Drizzle milk evenly over the top.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly around the edges.
  9. Cool completely on a wire rack.
