Why would I want to freeze this?
- Combine tofu with sesame oil and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Mix in almond flour and hemp seeds until it coats the tofu.
- Arrange tofu on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes, flipping half-way through.
- Let cool.
- Divide among indicated number of bags. Seal, label and freeze.
