- Preheat grill to 350F.
- Place pork chops on grill and cook for 2 minutes.
- Close grill and cook for 8 minutes.
- Turn chops over, cook for 2 minutes, then close and cook for additional 8 minutes.
- Allow to cook until 145F degrees is reached.
- Let rest for 10 minutes.
