  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Ham
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Pork
  • 3 cups crush Graham Crackers, Gluten Free
  • 3 individual Egg
  • 2 cups Milk, Dairy Free
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 10 3/4 fluid ounces Tomato Soup
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seed, Ground
  • 6 tablespoons Vinegar

  1. In a very large bowl or roasting pan, mix the ground beef, smoked ham, ground pork, graham cracker crumbs, eggs and milk. I like to use my hands to mix this (wearing disposable rubber gloves), and if so the eggs and milk will be very cold. Mix the ingredients until combined.
  2. Using a 1/2 cup measure, form balls. Place in a large roasting pan.
  3. Whisk together the brown sugar, tomato soup, dry mustard and vinegar; pour over ham balls in pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a very large bowl or roasting pan, mix the ground beef, smoked ham, ground pork, graham cracker crumbs, eggs and milk. I like to use my hands to mix this (wearing disposable rubber gloves), and if so the eggs and milk will be very cold. Mix the ingredients until combined.
  2. Using a 1/2 cup measure, form balls. Place in a large roasting pan.
  3. Flash freeze formed balls on a cookie sheet until hard.
  4. Whisk together the brown sugar, tomato soup, dry mustard and vinegar; pour over ham balls in pan. Divide among quart sized freezer bags.
  5. Once balls are frozen, divide among indicated number of gallon bags. Remove as much air as possible, label & seal. Keep topping bag and ball bag together.
