Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a skillet, add browned breakfast sausage, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, onions and turnips. Cook until softened.
  2. Remove from heat and add sea salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Add the cranberries and toss to incorporate.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Transfer the hash to the indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
