Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Place dates and almonds in food processor. Pulse until small chunks remain.
  2. Transfer mixture to mixing bowl.
  3. Add in all other ingredients to bowl and mix well with hands.
  4. Flatten mixture onto parchment paper and shape into bars.
  5. Cut into bars and wrap in plastic wrap.
  6. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
