  1. I love this!! It is great that you can make them and then freeze with the toppings on them. Can’t wait to make with the kids!

  2. These were sooo easy to put together, freeze, and then cook for lunch after church! My kids, husband and I loved them!~ The bagel was perfectly crunchy … Mmmmmm!

  3. So I’m restocking my freezer and making these and buffalo chicken (just the meat to make different meals) so I decided I’m going to make up some buffalo chicken bagel pizzas. Win win I’d say

    1. Smart thinking! Let us know how they turn out. You can probably tell how we feel about Buffalo chicken around here. 🙂

  4. you’ve got to try them with bbq sauce / pulled pork / diced onion / diced dill pickle / shredded mozzarella – DIVINE!

  5. I don’t understand how the bagels are crunchy if they are only heated in the microwave. Should they be cooked first?

    1. Hi Anne, these are chewy bagel bites. If you want to add a little crunchiness, just pop them under the broiler or toaster oven for a couple of minutes! : )
