Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

Why would I want to freeze this?
- Combine cashews and salt in a food processor. Blend until cashews are a little bit smaller than peas.
- Add dates and blend until a sticky mixture forms, about 15 seconds.
- Add vanilla and process for about 10 more seconds.
- Finally, stir in chocolate chips.
- Cover 8 x8 pans with a piece of parchment paper going both ways. This will make it easier to get the bars out.
- Transfer mixture to pan and firmly push down with hand.
- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and slice into bars. Wrap each bar in plastic wrap.
- Divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags. Label and freeze.
