Make It Now Cooking Directions

Oven Cook

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine coconut milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir continuously until the sugar has dissolved in the milk, then set aside.
  4. Using a double boiler or make your own with 2 pots( one filled with water), melt dark chocolate then set aside.
  5. Once hazelnuts are done toasting, place them inside a damp dish towel and rub gently to remove as much of the skin as possible.
  6. Place hazelnuts in food processor and process until they become a very fine meal.
  7. Add melted dark chocolate and process again until smooth.
  8. Next add in coconut milk mixture and process until it is smooth and the texture of nutella.
