- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs, honey and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
- Gradually add to creamed mixture.
- Stir in oats.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees 6-7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix icing of powdered sugar and milk with whisk until smooth.
- Cool cookies for about a minute on a wire rack, then ice.
