Why would I want to freeze this?
- Place salmon in a greased baking pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, parsley, salt and black pepper.
- Pour over salmon, making sure to evenly coat the salmon.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
- Let cool.
- Divide the salmon among the indicated number of freezer bags. Seal, label and freeze.
