Freeze For Later Cooking Directions

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Place salmon in a greased baking pan.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, parsley, salt and black pepper.
  3. Pour over salmon, making sure to evenly coat the salmon.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Divide the salmon among the indicated number of freezer bags. Seal, label and freeze.

Make From Frozen Serving Day Directions

These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.

  2. Reheat in microwave until heated through.
  3. Spoon sauce over salmon when serving.
