- Place the chicken breasts between 2 pieces of wax paper and pound chicken to a uniform thickness of 1 inch.
- Season both sides of the chicken with sea salt and pepper.
- Divide the chicken among the indicated number of greased baking pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together the oil, orange juice, honey, cumin and garlic. Pour evenly over the chicken.
- Baste the chicken with glaze.
- Place the baking pan on the top rack of the oven and broil for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the chicken over and broil the other side for 3-4 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the chicken is golden brown.
- Slice and serve with the sauce spooned over the top.
