Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Place flank steak in a baking pan or freezer bag.
- In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Mix well, then pour over steak.
- Refrigerate steak and allow to marinate at least 12 hours. For best flavor, allow to marinate for 24 hours.
- After marinating, heat grill to medium high heat.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until desired level of doneness.
- Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice steak against the grain on a diagonal.
